Community involvement
Warrimoo Public School Parents and Citizens Association (P&C)

Our P&C is a group of parents, carers and school community members. They assist with school planning, fundraising, events and volunteering. Our P&C works in partnership with our school to promote the interests of our school community.
Joining the P&C a great way to meet other families, get involved and contribute to our school's future. We would love to have you on board! Our school values strong partnerships with our families and community. Parents and carers can get involved through our Parents and Citizens Association (P&C) or by volunteering at our school. Your time and support help make our school a better place for everyone. The Warrimoo P&C Committee meet Thursday Week 4 and Week 8 of each term either in the School Library or via TEAMS.
We are proud to have dedicated volunteers from diverse backgrounds who generously share their time, skills, and expertise to enrich every aspect of school life. In close partnership with the school, we work collaboratively to achieve the best outcomes for students and the broader school community. By actively consulting with parents, students, and staff, we identify key priorities and plan thoughtfully to support the school in meeting the evolving needs.
Some of the things we do to support the school include:
- operating pop-up canteens and uniform shop.
- providing equipment, resources and facilities to the school.
- applying for grants or fundraising to cover the costs of a project at the school.
- hosting events such as our morning teas, Mother and Father's Day stalls and the Colour Run.
- providing a parent representative on selection panels for vacant roles at the school when required.
While there’s always more to achieve, our impact is clear and meaningful. We measure success not just in numbers, but in the smiles of our students and the positive feedback from our community. Discover how you can be part of the change.

P&C meetings
Our P&C attend a monthly meeting on the second Tuesday of each month. It provides an opportunity for parents to assist in making decisions about the school, fund-raising activities and social events.
