Crunch and sip  promotes healthy eating habits with minimal lesson disruption.

Schools using this program have reported improvement in the student's ability to focus and concentrate on their work. It also supports behaviour regulation for many students.

Students are encouraged to participate in the crunch and sip program.

What drinks can I bring?

For drinks:

  • water is preferred
  • refillable clear bottles to be used and clearly labelled
  • please empty, wash and refill daily.

 What food can I bring?

Crunch snacks suggestions include:

  • any fresh fruit such as cut apple pieces, bite size pieces of melon or berries
  • any fresh vegetables such as celery sticks, carrot sticks, snow peas.
  • fruit pieces
  • dried fruit
