Winmalee Cup

On Thursday 16th June, students from Stage 2 and Stage 3 competed in the annual Soccer and Netball Winmalee Cup. Unfortunately, this event was cancelled in 2020 and 2021 due to the impacts of Covid-19. It has been reported back from the teachers who attended as team coaches, that all students performed with great school spirit and hard work. I thank our students and staff along with the parenting body for getting behind us.

I am pleased to announce the following results from the day;

• The Junior Soccer team tied in 3rd place with Hazelbrook Public School

• The Senior Soccer team tied in 3rd place with Mt Riverview Public School

• The Junior Netball team tied 3rd with Wycliffe

• The Senior Netball team finished in outright 4th

Congratulations is in order for all the students that represented Warrimoo Public School.
